FJBZ-6 Tray Sealing and Packing Machine suitable for pre-fabricated box air-conditioned packaging of various foodstuffs, meat products, seafood, fruits and vegetables, sauces, cooled meats, pharmaceutical products, hardware components, medical devices and so on.
The FJBZ-6 Tray Sealing and Packing Machine is of rotary type, there are 6 stations distributed on the rotary disc, each station has 1-2 moulds, two of them are used for placing the tray box, one station is used for product box inspection, one station is used for product sealing and packaging, one station is used for pushing out the material, and the remaining station belongs to the safety reserved position. When working, the products will be put in the tray firstly, and then the tray will be put into the mould in the discharge area of the equipment, the tray will enter into the sealing mould with the rotation of the turntable (mould), the sealing mould will be lowered, and the upper film will be attached to the tray in the sealing mould, and then it will be sealed (the upper film and the tray will be sealed together), and then it will be punched and cut. The packaged products continue to run forward with the rotation of the turntable, and the pallet box is lifted up by the cylinder from the discharge port, and the toggle lever pushes out the pallet box to complete the product packaging.
